In 1990, Gil Hibben and United Cutlery broke new ground when they teamed up to produce a series of annual knives designed by Gil. They chose to use some of Gil's elaborate art knives and the series quickly became known as the "Fantasy Series".
Below are examples of each model released in the annual series since 1990. It should be noted that there have been additional releases of selected models with slight variations and in various limited edition series. We are not trying to illustrate every variation here, just a representation of each design.
