1. Your Acceptance

BY USING AND/OR VISITING THIS WEBSITE (collectively, including all Content available through the HibbenKnives.com domain name, the “Hibben Knives Website”, or “Website”), YOU SIGNIFY YOUR ASSENT TO BOTH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (the “Terms of Service”) AND THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF Hibben Knives’S PRIVACY NOTICE, WHICH ARE PUBLISHED AT https://www.hibbenknives.com/privacy, AND WHICH ARE INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. The Website is controlled and offered by Hibben Knives from its facilities in the United States of America. Hibben Knives makes no representations that the Hibben Knives Website is appropriate or available for use in other locations. 7. Indemnity

We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products and artwork shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

You agree that: (i) the Hibben Knives Website shall be deemed solely based in the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and (ii) the Hibben Knives Website shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over Hibben Knives, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than the Commonwealth of Kentucky. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

Hibben Knives reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the Hibben Knives Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GENERAL To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in San Mateo County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Hibben Knives Web Site.
